Come celebrate with us on Thursday, September 24! We’re serving up a collab prix fixe menu with our friend and chef extraordinaire Kyual Cribben of Minari. Expect a mix of Chinese and Korean flavors over 4 courses with wine pairings. Specialty cocktails made just for this event by Steady Pour.

Kyual Cribben is a Minneapolis based Chef with over 13 years of experience running many kitchens around the Twin Cities. Some of the restaurants include 112 Eatery, Tilia, Hai Hai, Estelle, Kim’s and currently Minari in NE Minneapolis. A proud Korean adoptee, Kyual is excited to collaborate with Jook Sing to bring a truly one of a kind experience blending Chinese, Korean, and American cuisines.

2 CHEFS 2 CULTURES

Jook Sing is a collaboration of chefs Mike Yuen and Tony Gao. We draw inspiration from our immigrant Chinese childhood and Midwest American upbringing. Our cuisine is the culmination of decades of experiencing both cultures simultaneously. From char siu and dim sum to burgers and ribs, this is us on a plate.

Our current home is at Steady Pour, a cocktail lounge in NE Minneapolis.

We are open Wednesdays-Saturdays from 4pm to 10pm
