Tableside Dinner

Dine with us on May 28, 2026 at Steady Pour for a prix-fixe tasting menu, with 5 courses designed by Mike Yuen & Tony Gao of Jook Sing. Reservations are available for 1-6 guests between 4-10pm. Our favorite wine extraordinaire and Steady Pour Somm, Tyler Staples, will be coordinating thoughtful wine pairings or non-alcoholic wine alternatives throughout the experience. Cocktails will be available for purchase à la carte throughout the experience.

Vegetarian tasting menu is available by request, please list this in your visit notes! Gluten-free menu is also available by request, but we are not a certified gluten-free facility. We can not make other dietary accommodations or substitutions at this time.

Jook Sing is a collaboration of chefs Mike Yuen and Tony Gao. We draw inspiration from our immigrant Chinese childhood and Midwest American upbringing. Our cuisine is the culmination of decades of experiencing both cultures simultaneously. From char siu and dim sum to burgers and ribs, this is us on a plate.

Our current home is at Steady Pour, a cocktail bar in NE Minneapolis.
