With 5 courses designed by Mike Yuen & Tony Gao of Jook Sing and curated wine pairings by our favorite wine extraordinaire, Tyler Staples, this will be a night of thoughtfully prepared dishes, warm hospitality, and hopefully some good conversations .

Zero-proof wine, vegetarian, and gluten-friendly options available upon request; Cocktails will be available for purchase à la carte throughout the experience.

Jook Sing is a collaboration of chefs Mike Yuen and Tony Gao. We draw inspiration from our immigrant Chinese childhood and Midwest American upbringing. Our cuisine is the culmination of decades of experiencing both cultures simultaneously. From char siu and dim sum to burgers and ribs, this is us on a plate.

Our current home is at Steady Pour, a cocktail bar in NE Minneapolis.
