Chef June De will be teaming up with Jook Sing & Steady Pour for an evening of Asian-Italian cuisine. The collaboration between June and Jook Sing is a long-time coming, with their collective love of fusion food deeply impacting their cooking styles – it’s a match made in heaven.

Steady Pour Somm Tyler Staples (New France) will be pouring wine pairings throughout the evening — NA wine pairings will be available upon request. All wines for the evening will be available for order from Thomas Liquors so you can re-experience the magic at home.

Jook Sing is a collaboration of chefs Mike Yuen and Tony Gao. We draw inspiration from our immigrant Chinese childhood and Midwest American upbringing. Our cuisine is the culmination of decades of experiencing both cultures simultaneously. From char siu and dim sum to burgers and ribs, this is us on a plate.

Our current home is at Steady Pour, a cocktail lounge in NE Minneapolis.

We are open Wednesdays-Saturdays from 4pm to 10pm
